Design - Our design team are highly experienced professionals with many years experience of working in the construction industry. We provide a comprehensive design service that includes General Arrangement and Production Drawings with all relevent calculations.
Manufacturing – Roecrete currently has a production capacity of 30,000sqm of prestressed flooring per year. Our skilled craftsmen can also turn out over 30 precast units per week.
Installation – Before the installation process can begin, each site is inspected so that a site-specific risk assessment and method statement can be drawn up. Roecrete provides a trained installation team including slinger/signaller, carnage and a suitable fall arrest system.
